After Hours Cleanroom Access Request

Normal cleanroom operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, except on university holidays. Submit this form by 3 PM along with name of Buddy. 

We are aware that limited assistance is available from WashU EHS and facilities after-hours. IMSE staff won't be able to provide any support. Your PI must be aware of your after-hours work, and PI may have to come to campus if WUPD deems it necessary. In case of emergencies, contact campus police at 935-5555.Your PI will be your primary contact for any safety issues and responsible for follow-up. IMSE Staff will not be held responsible for any incident (or accident) that occurs after-hours. If a key is borrowed, it must be returned to the Lab Manager or IMSE staff the following working day. Read IMSE Safety Manual for more details. Buddies should not participate in the experiment except for assistance related to safety. Buddies should maintain 6ft at all times.

1. Wait for email confirmation from Lab Manager.
2. Borrow white-cleanroom access card from IMSE staff. (Access card must be returned by sliding under office door or on next business day)
