Micro Nano Fabrication
The IMSE Micro Nano Fabrication facility comprises 2400 sq-ft of Class 100, 1000, and 10000 cleanroom space. We provide researchers comprehensive micro- and nanofabrication capabilities supported by modern equipment and process engineering staff. The Micro Nano Fabrication facilities are available for use by researchers from all WashU schools and departments, as well as to users from other universities, government laboratories, and industry.
